With a Post Graduate and Doctorate in Zoology, our Director M Sambasiva Rao previously served the State and Central governments for about two decades as a member of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS). Dr Rao also served as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

He has completed the Owner President Management Programme at Harvard University, USA, and is also on the Board of several other companies.
